What will my package look like?

All contents are first packaged into a smell-proof mylar bag with a zip lock seal, then vacuumed sealed to ensure privacy. They are then shipped using a plain box or bubble mailer.

All shipments are smell-proof, discreet and have no indication of the contents.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Illinois USA– If your package is scanned in Chicago,  the package is on the way

How much does shipping cost?

Orders over $200 are shipped free! There is a $35 flat rate for orders under this amount while free shipping for all orders paid with cryptocurrency.

If you do not see the “free shipping” option at checkout, double-check the total is above $200 not including the $15 shipping fee.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order is placed and we’ve received your payment, we will begin processing it.

Our cut-off for all shipments is noon (12:00PM PST). If your order past this time, your order will be shipped out the following day after noon.

All packages are shipped via Xpresspost, which can take up to 2-3 business days for delivery to most major cities. If you live in a rural area it may take a day or so longer. 

Can I change my order after I've paid?

Due to how our fulfillment system is set up, we can not add or remove items from your order after you’ve paid
